




Once you know that you will be having a tag sale, I suggest that you don't throw anything away in order to "clean-up". I am knowledgeable in pricing older items, collectibles, and antiques. Every item for sale will have a price tag, and even all of those inexpensive items will surprisingly add up.
Tag Sale Treasures provides a full service of planning and organizing to best display the items for sale. Some clients have even commented that I have arranged their belongings in their home to resemble a store. There is no additional charge for tables, showcases, and supplies. I handle all aspects of the sale...all you have to do is decide what to keep, and I literally take care of all of the other details.
I write and post all of the ads for the newspaper. I also write and distribute flyers to neighbors, second-hand shops, and regular customers. I will make eye-catching directional signs for the neighborhood a few days prior to the sale, and then promptly remove the signs when the sale is over.
There will always be some unwanted and unsold items. I will arrange for the items to go to a local consignment store or schedule a donation pick-up. The house will be "broom swept" and nothing will be left behind.
My fee is based on a percentage of the total sale. So in other words, I want to get the most for your belongings as I can...the more I make for you, the more I make for myself. My fee is very affordable, and less than if you consigned your items at a consignment store.
